Film Photography
Katie has taken Ms.Serazin’s film photography class four times. She started taking film photography her freshman year and learned how to shoot bird's eye, worm's eye, and shallow/large depth of field perspectives. She also learned the process and time it takes to print and/or take a film photo, which she enjoyed because it is not just taking a snapshot on a phone. As a result from her time dedication to printing, she became more proud of her photos than any that she has taken on her phone. As she progressed, she continued to learn how to shoot from alternate perspectives, shoot vertical pictures, and how lighting effects photos. Katie's favorite assignment was "lines" because it forced her to be creative with the interpretation of "lines". Below are some of Katie's favorite Film Photography photos.
